The reasons for us to publish this letter:  

Aug. 23, 2010，a federal judge made the decision that temporarily prohibit federal funding for human stem cell research. Therefore, many research projects on embryonic stem cells in the United States shall be stopped forcefully once again. Director of the National Institutes of Health (NIH), Francis S. Collins, said that funding for up to 131 million U.S. dollars in the current research work will continue, but the ongoing evaluation on the new funding applications will cease.

However, Chinese Government has all along supported both basic and clinical research of stem cells. Therefore, at present, China is the best place for stem cell research and development, a kind of revolutionary medicine, in the world.
